This covers the consensa.app website and its waitlist.
1Who we are
Consensa is made by Mentalis AI, LLC, a Tennessee company. For any question or request about your information, email support@mentalisai.com.
2What the waitlist collects
Your email address, the phone you picked (iPhone or Android) if you picked one, and the time you signed up. Nothing else.
3What we do with it
We send you one email, when Consensa is available to download. We don’t add you to a newsletter, and we don’t sell or share your email address.
4Where it's kept
In a database run for us by Supabase in the United States. The website is hosted by Vercel.
5How long we keep it
Until the launch email goes out. Then we delete the list. To be removed sooner, email support@mentalisai.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete it.
6Analytics and cookies
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you to other sites.
consensa.app doesn’t set cookies of its own. It shares code with Mentalis AI’s other websites, so it also loads the sign-in service those sites use (Clerk). That service keeps its settings in your browser, and its network provider can set security cookies on Clerk’s own domain. Consensa doesn’t use them.
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser and never sent to us.
7The app
The Consensa app isn’t out yet. It will have its own privacy policy, published here before launch.
