Delete my data
You can delete everything we hold about you, at any time. It's quickest in the app.
In the app
- 1Open Consensa and tap Settings (the gear at the top).
- 2Under Privacy, tap Delete my data.
- 3Read what's deleted and what's kept, then confirm.
It happens at once and can't be undone. If a question is still being answered, wait until it's done.
What's deleted, what's kept

| Records of credit, ads, purchases, your permission to share questions, and your votes, and facts about each question such as its topic, cost and timing, never its words | Kept under a random id, for our accounts and to stop abuse |
| This phone's install id and its daily counts | Kept, so the limits on free answers still apply to it |
| Backups | Hold a copy of deleted data for up to 7 days |
If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Consensa from your Apple ID: on your iPhone, Settings, your name, Sign-In & Security, Sign in with Apple, Consensa, Stop Using Apple ID.
No app? Ask us here
We need to know which account is yours before we delete it. Give us one of these:
- The install reference, 12 letters and numbers. The app shows it in Settings, About. Only your phone shows it.
- Or, if you signed in with Apple or Google, write to support@mentalisai.com from the email address of that account.
We confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
